Music at St. Columba's

At Saint Columba's we are blessed with a diversely talented group of people who enjoy coming together to make music in celebration of God.  From soloists playing strings, flute, brass, or singing to the choir that leads our congregation in hymns each week to local musical groups performing in our beautiful church space, there is always joyful noise being made at St Columba's.

Our worship utilizes a variety of musical sources, including the Episcopal Hymnal 1982, supplemental hymnals spanning all genres from classical to gospel, and other song choices that complement our readings and enhance our spirituality.

St. Columba's Choir (active during the school year)

Music is an integral part of worship at St. Columba's.  St. Columba's Choir leads congregational singing, and sings one or two anthems each Sunday.  The Choir rehearses at 7:15PM on Wednesdays, following the healing service, and 9:15AM each Sunday, in preparation for the 10AM Holy Eucharist.  The Choir at Saint Columba's is always looking to welcome more members and singers of all abilities are encouraged to join!  If you are interested please contact our Associate of Liturgy and Music.
